Job summary

• Bachelor's degree required by licensure.
• Current Oregon Therapy license (PT/OT/SLP) and driver's license.
• Five years hospital, skilled nursing or outpatient rehab experience; two years in Home Health; one year of leadership.
• Willingness to travel for business functions and SCHS sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Home Health and effectively manage daily clinical operations.
• Plan and coordinate workflow with a global perspective and optimize staffing and resources.
• Manage clinical resources and monitor performance of caregivers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, and administrative members on clinical problems and policy interpretation to ensure patient needs are met.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality of care, and delivery of healing health care principles.
