Job summary

PurposeCare is hiring a Speech Therapist to provide home-based therapy, delivering skilled visits and holistic care in patients' homes. You will work with flexible scheduling and moderate caseloads to deliver patient-centered treatment and goals.

Ideal candidates hold a state license, have at least 1 year of speech therapy experience (home health a plus), and can handle physical tasks associated with in-home care. Transportation and background clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Therapist license in the state you are applying in.
• 1 year of speech therapist experience required; home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending and standing.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Background check successfully completed.
