Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a home health setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress efficiently in the EMR (Kinsser preferred).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Maintain high standards of care and patient safety in accordance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Speech Therapist License in the State of Virginia
• Prior home care experience or strong clinical background
• Prior EMR experience (Kinsser preferred)
• MUST be efficient with documentation
