Your Role as a Speech Therapist

As Part Of The Ancora Therapy Team, You Will

Provide patient evaluations, screenings, and develop personalized treatment plans

Work closely with patients to improve communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing function

Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques and self-care strategies

Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress

Ensure professional conduct aligns with Ancora's commitment to high-quality care

Perform additional duties as needed to meet patient needs

What We're Looking For

Current Speech Therapy License in the state of Alaska

2+ years of experience (preferred)

Strong verbalwritten communication and time-management skills

Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation

Proof of current auto insurancevehicle registration

Fingerprint clearance card (we can assist with obtaining one)

CPR certificationnegative TB test (we can help with these as well)
