Qualifications

Position Overview:

We are seeking Licensed and Associate Clinical Social Workers who are passionate about providing affirming therapy to adults, couples, and families. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience, strong clinical skills, and demonstrated comfort working with LGBTQIA2S+ clients.

Qualifications:

• Active LICSW, LCSW, or CSWA (OR) or LICSW/LSWAIC (WA)
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduate mental health experience
• Experience providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Demonstrated experience working with LGBTQIA2S+ populations
• Ability to maintain a full-time caseload (minimum 15 client sessions per week)
• Comfortable providing telehealth services (virtual practice across WA & OR)
• Must be able to provide services in Oregon

Preferred Qualifications:

• Training in CBT, DBT, ACT, IFS, or other EBPs
• Familiarity with SimplePractice or similar EHR
