Qualifications

• Must hold a valid professional license in state of practice.
• Graduate of ASHA-accredited speech-language pathology program.
• If foreign-trained, credentials must be deemed substantially equivalent by ASHA-approved evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluative, consultative, and treatment interventions to home health patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and manage the care plan.
• Maintain current licenses, certifications, and clinical records as required by regulations.
