Concordia Home Health and Hospice of Bethlen is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a part-time position to care for homebound patients in Ligonier Valley, PA.

You will work 1:1 with adult and geriatric patients in their homes, helping them reclaim communication, swallowing function, and confidence in daily life. We offer flexible scheduling and supportive clinical team backing.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in PA.
• ASHA CCC-SLP Certification.
• 1+ years of experience (home health a plus but not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech therapy services to patients in their homes.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans.
• Evaluate speech, language, cognition, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic strategies.
• Collaborate with nurses, PT/OTs, and physicians to ensure the best outcomes.
