Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver skilled therapy to patients in their homes under physician supervision. The role supports care in single-family, assisted living, or memory care settings.

The SLP will assess and treat language, swallowing, and cognitive communication disorders, including post-stroke and progressive diseases. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of employment.
• Experience providing home health speech-language therapy preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled speech-language therapy to home health patients under a physician’s care.
• Assess and treat language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, and cognitive communication issues.
• Evaluate patients who have had strokes or progressive conditions and tailor therapeutic plans.
