Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care at Bayhealth is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for full-time home health visits in Dover, DE. You'll be part of a health care team, providing rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric patients in Kent County.

The right candidate will have a current SLP license in Delaware and skills in therapeutic interventions, along with a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and health insurance.

Qualifications

• Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Delaware.
• Possess certificate of clinical competence in speech or work experience equivalent.
• Solid computer skills and experience with EMR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Perform thorough evaluations and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Develop and continually assess and revise the speech therapy care plan.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care.
• Document observations and evaluations accurately.
