Qualifications

• Licensed as an SLP in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with language, motor speech, or swallowing disorders in a home setting.
• Collaborate with attending physicians to develop and implement therapy plans.
• Support patients and families with communication strategies and cognitive-communication needs.
