Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as an SLP in a clinical care setting.
• Preferred home health experience.
• Prolonged standing/walking is required.
• Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide coordinated care to clients of all age groups.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates client care plans.
• Analyze client needs and administer appropriate care.
• Document and complete a Plan of Care and other documentation.

SLP skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice

Excellent interpersonal skills

Education

Master’s degree or doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology
