Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist with a neuro focus to provide in-home and community-based therapy in Lubbock, TX. This full-time role emphasizes patient-centered care and functional outcomes in patients' own homes and communities.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech Pathology with state licensure, and ASHA CCC is preferred. You will work with interdisciplinary teams to address dysphagia, communication and cognitive needs,

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech Pathology and state licensure required.
Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred.
Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills.
Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Evaluation and treatment of impairments including speech and language, executive functioning, cognitive needs, dysphagia, and augmentative communication needs.
Develop and implement individualized neuro rehabilitation plans in home and community settings.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care.
