Job summary

Adoration Health is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN on a PRN basis. You will provide expert, patient-centered care in a home health setting, evaluating speech or language needs and delivering one-on-one therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted SLP license in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with focus on speech and language therapy.
• Teach patients to produce sounds and improve voice quality.
• Educate and guide healthcare team, patients, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises.
• Document progress and complete visit notes per agency policy.
