Job summary

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to provide compassionate, in-home therapy to seniors and adults with chronic conditions. In this per diem role, you will conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions that help patients communicate better and live more independently at home.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the relevant state.
• Experience with home health or adult therapy is a plus.
