Job summary

CenterWell Home Health seeks a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home therapy for seniors and adults with chronic conditions. In this per diem role, you will conduct speech, language, and swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to help patients communicate better and live more independently at home.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Florida licensure as an SLP.
• Experience with in-home or clinical SLP services preferred.
