Job summary

Trilogy Home Healthcare in Naples is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for home health visits. The role focuses on delivering therapeutic interventions to maximize communication and functional independence in patients' homes.

The SLP will assess, plan goals, coordinate with families, and monitor progress while enjoying flexible PRN scheduling and supportive leadership in a caring, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Active SLP license in Florida required.
• Valid Florida driver's license with active vehicle insurance and clean MVR.
• 1+ years of SLP experience required; Home Health experience preferred.
• Strong initiative and independent judgement; align with agency values.
