Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• At least one year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology (home health experience preferred).
• Current BLS (CPR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough speech-language evaluations and assess the home environment.
• Develop and implement personalized plans of care for patients.
• Provide therapy using specialized techniques and equipment.
• Coordinate care with referring physicians and other clinical team members.
