Job summary

Aspire Home Healthcare Of Northern California Inc is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in‑home care team in the Redding/Red Bluff area. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with pay per visit starting at $100, plus mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling.

You will assess and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop personalized plans, and collaborate with families to promote independence in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in CA.
• Minimum of 1 year of SLP experience preferred.
• Current physical within the last 6 months.
• TB test within the last 12 months and CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to attend a 1–3 day orientation at our Yuba City office.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Speech Therapy Assistants and coordinate patient care.
• Document treatments, progress notes, and care plan updates.
• Collaborate with other providers to ensure quality care.
• Complete discharge summaries and obtain orders at case completion.
