Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Smithville, TN. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients' speech and language difficulties and educating caregivers. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and one year of experience. A generous benefits package, including medical insurance and tuition reimbursement, is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• A minimum of one year’s experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' speech or language difficulties.
• Teach patients sound production and voice improvement.
• Educate on alternative communication methods.
• Guide caregivers in therapeutic exercises.
• Document patient progress and clinical notes.
