You will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a physician, the resident, and family to achieve goals while ensuring documentation and adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Must have CCC-SLP certification and Kansas licensure.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Empathetic approach to elderly residents.
• Team-oriented with residents, family, staff collaboration.
• Able to meet physical demands and assist in resident care when needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and develops speech-language pathology treatment plans.
• Consults with physician, resident, and family to establish goals and plan treatments.
• Assesses evaluations, administers treatments, and guides aides and assistants.
