Job summary

Preble Home Health Services LLC in Ohio is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide home health services on a part-time basis. The role offers flexibility, autonomy and one-on-one patient care with visits in Preble County, OH and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio SLP license with CPR/BLS certification, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio SLP license.
• Current CPR and/or BLS certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Home health experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists and other disciplines of the healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal home health regulations.
