Qualifications

• CCC-SLP credential and Texas license required.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services per physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design engaging, evidence-based exercises tailored to patient goals.
• Counsel, educate, and support patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track progress, noting improvements and challenges.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records prior to sessions to customize treatment approaches.
• Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current.
