Job summary

Frontpoint Health in Amarillo, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Home Health Scheduler to coordinate patient visits, manage clinician calendars, and maintain open communication among staff, patients, and leadership. Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating weekend on-call, in a supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate has scheduling experience in healthcare, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in home health scheduling required.
• Knowledge of Home Care Home Base is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
