Qualifications

  • 1 year of practical experience scheduling in a home care agency setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with national standards of care, state licensure, and federal conditions of participation.
  • Ability to convey information clearly, listen, and respond appropriately.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with CTM, direct care staff, physicians, and facility personnel to ensure timely care.
