Maxim Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following prescribed orders and using the nursing process.

The position is day shifts on weekdays with a competitive pay rate and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA and life insurance, paid time off and a 401(k). This role emphasizes compassionate patient care in a private duty/home health setting.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
