Job summary

Kaplan International is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for weekend coverage in Somerset, PA. You will deliver patient-centered care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families to support care plans.

This role requires travel to patient homes and thorough, compliant charting. Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in the state, at least one year of clinical experience, and a valid driver's license; strong time management and EMR proficiency are
