DPS Home Health Agency Inc. is looking for a compassionate Home Health RN to perform comprehensive assessments and create individualized care plans for patients in their homes from Palm Beach Gardens, FL and surrounding communities.

You will educate patients and caregivers, coordinate with physicians, and ensure high-quality skilled nursing care while maintaining thorough documentation and patient-centered outcomes. Flexible scheduling supports work-life balance and professional growth.

Competenze

• Active Florida RN license required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

DPS Home Health Agency Inc. is seeking caring, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. We offer flexible scheduling, supportive clinical leadership, and opportunities for professional growth.

About The Role

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will complete comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide skilled nursing treatments. You will educate patients and caregivers and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

At least one year of nursing experience is preferred. Home health experience is an asset but is not required.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• Intensive care unit (ICU) or step-down care.
• Home health.
• Wound care.
• IV therapy.
• Chronic disease management.
• Diabetes education.
• Tracheostomy care.
• Gastrostomy tube (G-tube) care.
