BAYADA Home Health Care is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Everett, Massachusetts. The role focuses on comprehensive in-home patient care, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and full-time hours.

The position covers Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Fenway, South End, South Boston and surrounding areas. The RN will perform thorough head-to-toe assessments, manage acute and post-acute care, prioritize urgent home visits, and ensure accurate medication reconciliation and wound care

Qualifications

• MA nursing license (active, in good standing).
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• At least 1 year hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric population in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify subtle patient condition changes.
• Provide acute and post-acute care (CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care).
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in home settings independently.
