Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Brookline, Massachusetts. This full-time role covers Back Bay, Beacon Hill, Fenway, South End, South Boston and surrounding areas, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

You will perform head-to-toe assessments, manage urgent clinical needs in patients’ homes, and provide education and wound care while coordinating with care teams. BAYADA offers competitive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the adult/geriatric population in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive home health assessments and document findings.
• Manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
• Assist with medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
