Job summary

Personal Touch Home Aides of New York is seeking a qualified RN Quality Review Manager to lead clinical oversight and ensure high-quality home care. This full-time, in-person role is based in Brooklyn, NY, with a pay range of $90,000–$105,000 annually. New grads welcome and a supportive team environment awaits.

You will supervise clinical staff, review OASIS/patient records, coordinate care plans, and promote compliant, patient-centered services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure in the state.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of prior home health care experience.
• At least one (1) year of management or supervisory experience in a health care setting, preferably home care.
• Demonstrates excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Receives case referrals and determines home care needs.
• Reviews clinician services and promotes quality home care.
• Establishes patient’s clinical diagnosis and ICD-10 coding.
• Assists in care planning and medications review.
• Oversees all patient care services and personnel.
• Prospers through prospective review of OASIS assessments for care appropriateness.
