Job summary

Ascension at Home together with Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients at home, empowering recovery and quality of life. You will educate families on disease management and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to meet individualized health goals.

The role requires an active Texas RN license, 2 years of RN experience (home health preferred), and current CPR/BCLS certifications, plus a valid driver's license to travel between patient homes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience; home health preferred.
• Current CPR and BCLS certifications.
• Current driver's license is required.

Responsibilities
