Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active Florida RN/LPN license.
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred.
- Home health experience a plus.
- Current CPR Certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality home-based patient care.
- Assess patient conditions and monitor health status.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely.
- Educate patients and family members regarding treatment plans and home safety.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Support patient recovery, independence, and quality of life.
