Mustardseed Health Care Services LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure safe, high-quality home health care for assigned patients in Maryland. The RN coordinates assessments, plans, and communications with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

The position requires Maryland RN licensure, a current CPR card, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of relevant RN experience in acute, home health, community health, or pediatrics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by Maryland Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute, home health, community/public health, or pediatrics.

Responsabilités

• Perform initial evaluation within 24 hours of first contact with patient/family.
• Assess ability to provide home care and collect comprehensive data.
• Initiate or complete the plan of treatment and communicate with the physician.
