Morning star services inc is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee patient care plans, administer medications, and provide high-quality nursing care in a home healthcare setting.

Ideal candidates hold a Maryland RN license, demonstrate strong clinical knowledge and teamwork, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate with physicians and CNAs while maintaining accurate patient records.

Formación

• Valid RN license in Maryland.
• Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in home healthcare is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs through detailed evaluations and prepare care plans accordingly.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments and ensure proper documentation of each.
• Monitor patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature.
• Conduct physical examinations, interpret lab results, and provide updates on patient status to physicians.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for each patient.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and health maintenance.
• Provide guidance to CNAs and other healthcare assistants to ensure patient care is delivered appropriately.
• Document and maintain accurate, confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
