Job summary

Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse in Home Health to assess and care for patients in their homes. You will perform initial and ongoing assessments, follow physician orders, and ensure privacy and safety per HIPAA.

Applicants should hold an RN license, have 1+ year of nursing experience, and be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Travel between patient homes is required, with a generous benefits package and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate).
• 1+ year of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Home Health experience preferred but not required.
