UnitedHealth Group in Florida seeks a Registered Nurse (Home Health) to provide and direct nursing care in patients' homes as prescribed by physicians and in compliance with laws and agency policies. You will coordinate total care with the health care team and communicate with physicians, patients, and families to ensure continuity of care.

The role includes supervisory visits, comprehensive assessments (OASIS), and ensuring medical necessity.

Qualificações

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ years of Home Health experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professionals.
• Supervises home health aides and licensed nurses, provides instruction, and assigns tasks according to regulations.
• Provides supervisory visits and ensures compliance with plan of care.
