Aveanna Healthcare in Duluth, MN is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home health care to patients in their homes. You will perform comprehensive assessments, administer skilled nursing interventions, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to promote recovery and safety.

Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CPR certification or ability to obtain it.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home, one-on-one skilled nursing care to patients.
- Perform comprehensive in-home assessments and develop patient-centered care plans.
- Provide wound care, infusions, medication management, and post-operative care as needed.
- Educate patients and caregivers to manage symptoms and daily care at home.
- Monitor progress and coordinate with physicians and care teams to prevent hospitalizations.
- Ensure documentation reflects clinical status and outcomes.
