Job summary

Help at Home in Ridgeland, MS is hiring registered nurses to deliver in-home care and support to clients with developmental disabilities. The role involves medically prescribed services, including ventilator and tracheotomy care, g-tube feedings, medication administration, and first aid, under state guidelines.

You will supervise LPNS and caregivers, coordinate with doctors, and ensure compliance with care plans.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License is required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) preferred.
• DDID Medication Administration training is a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation across surrounding counties.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in clients' homes.
• Administer medications and perform medically prescribed services.
• Supervise LPNS and caregivers for safe, compassionate care.
• Coordinate client care with physicians and other providers.
• Ensure adherence to care plans and waiver guidelines.
• Train and develop frontline staff.
• Support branch operations as needed.
