Job summary

PruittHealth Home Health is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes in York County, SC. This full-time role offers autonomy, work‑life balance, and meaningful one‑on‑one care.

You will perform assessments, establish care plans, supervise LPNs and aides, and document care with an iPad and AI assistance. A valid RN license, CPR, and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes.
• Complete assessments, start-of-care visits, and care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Supervise LPNs and Home Health Aides.
• Document care using an iPad with AI assistance (OASIS experience a plus).
• Educate patients and families to promote independence.
• Ensure continuity, quality, and safety of patient care.
