Job summary

Adoration Health in Lancaster, SC is seeking a compassionate Home Health RN to join our patient‑centered team. You will provide 1:1 care, create plans per MD orders, administer treatments, and educate families in a supportive, community‑oriented environment.

This full‑time role covers York, Lancaster, Kershaw and Chester counties with M-F, 8am–5pm. We offer competitive benefits, mileage reimbursement, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, and opportunities for growth within a growing home

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted nursing license in the applicable state.
• At least 1 year of nursing practice in a patient care setting; home health/geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of car insurance per Adoration policy.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the local branch.
