Job summary

Professional Case Management (PCM) is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home health care in Kingston, TN. You can set your own schedule, delivering one-on-one patient care in the comfort of clients' homes.

Ideal candidates have an RN license, CPR, and TB test, with 1 year of acute care experience preferred; new grads considered. PCM offers medical, dental, vision benefits and health accounts as part of a flexible, community-focused team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Prefer minimum of 1 year experience in an acute care setting; new graduates considered.
• Current CPR certification and TB test required.
• Must maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients in Kingston, TN.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with one-on-one care.
• Promote patient safety and home environment safety.
• Document care provided and coordinate with the care team.
