Job summary

Mercy Home Health is seeking a compassionate RN to deliver high-quality in-home care for diverse patients in a community setting. The role emphasizes autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and adherence to Mercy standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
• Current RN license in the state of Missouri is required.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• One year or more of related home health or acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day patient care in the home setting with varying acuity.
• Perform assessments, admissions, recertifications, discharges and teaching.
• Document accurately in the Epic system and adhere to Mercy standards.
