Mercy Home Health is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing services in patients' homes under physician direction. The role requires evaluation of outcomes, documentation, and care planning with autonomy in the community.

The position offers a flexible schedule (Mon-Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM), rotating on-call weekends, and mileage reimbursement. A Missouri RN license and BLS are required; one year of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in home health or related field preferred.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.
• Current RN license in Missouri required; valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• BLS certification required through the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes under the direction of a physician.
• Assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate patient outcomes.
