Millennium Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for PRN home health visits in Florida. You will conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, educate families, and provide direct nursing care including wound care and IV therapy.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Florida RN license.
• Minimum 1 year hospital or skilled nursing facility experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, mental, and emotional health and vital signs.
• Develop individualized care plans including medications and wound care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.
• Provide direct patient care including wound care, injections, and IV therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians and therapists for coordinated care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
• Adhere to HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
