Job summary

Millennium Home Care in Naples, FL is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for PRN in-home visits. You will perform patient assessments, develop care plans, educate families, and provide direct clinical care in patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Patient Education: educates patients and families on disease management and self-care techniques.
• Clinical Interventions: provides wound care, medication administration, injections, and IV therapy.
• Collaboration: works with physicians, therapists and other professionals for coordinated care.
• Documentation: maintains accurate progress notes and assessments.
• Compliance: adheres to HIPAA and Medicare regulations.
