Compassus is hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Portage, MI to support patient recovery at home and enable families to enjoy quality time together. You will educate patients on disease management and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include an active RN license in the applicable state, two years of RN experience (home health preferred), CPR/BLS certification, and a valid driver’s license.
