Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to support patient recovery at home and help patients spend quality time with their loved ones. You will educate and empower patients and families to achieve healthcare goals, and provide clinical oversight to an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR/BCLS certification, and a valid driver’s license with at least two years of nursing experience, preferably in home health.

Qualifications

• Two years of registered nurse experience; home health experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

• Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home — enabling them to spend quality time with loved ones.
