Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma RN license, CPR, driver's license, and auto insurance.
• One or more years of experience in home health agency or hospital setting.
• Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical examinations and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, including medication administration.
• Educate patients on self-care techniques and prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care services.
• Document patient information accurately and timely.
• Perform administrative tasks for efficient record-keeping.
