Job summary

Compassus in Alabama is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate in-home care. You’ll assess patients, develop care plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to help patients stay safely at home.

Qualifications

• RN license in Alabama is required.
• Two years of RN experience preferred, home health experience a plus.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification required.
• Driver’s license required to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Support patient recovery and help patients remain at home by delivering hands-on nursing care.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans.
• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to provide case management and clinical oversight.
