Job summary

Compassus is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to support patient recovery at home, helping families achieve health goals and maintain independence. You will educate patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and manage treatments.

The role requires an active RN license in the state, 2 years of nursing experience (home health preferred), and current CPR/BCLS certification. A valid driver’s license is also required.

• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, home health experience preferred
• Current CPR and BCLS certification

Responsibilities

• Support patient recovery and help patients stay at home.
